BOBCAT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Service and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
  • Service and troubleshoot Bobcat compact equipment and various brands of small engines
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Provide onsite repairs and maintenance on customer equipment
  • Display a sense of urgency, professionalism and maintain an ownership mentality while performing required service for internal and external customers
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work environment (shop floors, tools, job space, etc.)
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing applicable training/online courses

Qualifications:

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assign tasks involving labor for various projects and internal shop work (including but not limited to general construction, concrete, and barn/building equipment)
  • Understand and acknowledge customer needs to provide services exceeding expectations
  • Utilize positive and professional communication skills with internal and external customers to best position company and team; negotiate when necessary
  • Promote teamwork with other departments to increase efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

  • Concrete forming & finishing skills preferred; general mechanical aptitude

  • Valid driver’s license; capability of acquiring a class A CDL license preferred

CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build state-of-the-art dairy facilities through general construction, including but not limited to concrete work
  • Assist in installation of barn/building equipment, such as stalls, drinkers, fixtures, fans, etc.
  • Assist with light plumbing for water related applications
  • Service these facilities and equipment when necessary
  • Prepare trucks and jobs each day with appropriate material and tools

FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand and acknowledge various customer needs and provide related service and communication that exceeds their expectations
  • Related service includes, but not limited to: rebuilding pumps, augers, pipe fitting, welding, torching
  • Assist with system design throughout project installation and commissioning
  • Assist with developing preventative maintenance schedules
  • Support Manager with planning and prioritizing incoming work and internal requests
  • Respond to service calls both planned and unplanned (emergency/high priority)
