PARTS & RENTAL SPECIALIST  (Whitehall, WI) 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service for all customer interaction (over the counter or phone)
  • Assist the customers with renting, selling, billing, receiving and delivery of required parts and equipment offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction
  • Inspect and document rental inventory. Communicate with service, construction, design, shop, and sales on inventory availability
  • Communicate with customers and their insurance companies prior to renting equipment
  • Assist parts manager with sales of parts to establish competitive pricing and maintain sufficient profitability
  • Assist with parts orders to fulfill the demands of customers as well as inventory stock.
  • Maintain general organization of inventory, office supplies, counter, and assist with yard inventory organization
  • Inspect incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders
